Pros: GOKHAN at reception was amazing and truly made the made that much more special. All that he organised for us s was perfect. He was super knowledgeable of everything and he was super resourceful in greeting this done and organising ( super important in Istanbul) he truly made the trip that much more special and he is a the true leaders the hotel. The hotel should recognise the value he brings to the hotel and the experience! He is amazing and such a nice person. He made my hotel stay worth it!!

Cozy stay in a beautifully designed space

Pros: The room was spacious, beautifully designed and warm during winter. The location of the hotel was also super convenient as it is closed to the metro and many shops, cafés and restaurants. The staff were also responsive whenever we had requests.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind.
