Excellent hotel with Ottoman inspired rooms
Pros: This was one of the best hotels we'd stayed in Istanbul. The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and a safe and comfortable stay. The rooftop breakfast restaurant had a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque and the Turkish breakfast had a lot of variety. The hotel staff take pride in their work and it shows. The property cat was an adorable added bonus!

Pros: I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long, tiring day. The staff is exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious food, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean — it is clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The entire team is incredibly helpful, flexible, and attentive, making guests truly feel welcome and at home. Our stay was simply wonderful. My family and I had only positive experiences and enjoyed every moment. We will definitely return in the future.

Pros: Everything. Staff is very polite friendly and attentive from the day of arrival until departure. The view of the terrace restaurant is excellent. You can enjoy the best view of Blue Mosque Hagia Sofia, Bosphorus and Marmara Sea. Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Tokapi within 5mins. The room for deluxe family room is spacious. Good for 4 family members.
Cons: Only the photo of the Deluxe family room show the toilet with bath tub. However is is just a normal shower.But it is not a big deal.

A nice hotel that values for money
Pros: Closely located to landmarks, restaurants and shops. Very convenient . We stayed there for 4 nights. The bathtub was clogged and there was no air conditioning. But we needed to wait for the next day to have our room changed. On the second day we were offered another room which was much nicer. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice with a large variety. We could enjoyed the view of Istanbul on the rooftop.

Pros: It’s our return trip from Cappadocia. They stored our luggage and gave us the same room we stayed before as requested. Good breakfast and comfy room. Nice staff

Best booking, best views, best service.
Pros: Accommodation and Location is 100% from 100. It’s 2 min only from Haia Sofia, Cistern and Blue Mosque. Very friendly personnel, awesome breakfast and rly nice rooms. Rly means Rly ;) also GREAT terrace with outstanding views on Mosque. Sofia and Bosphore. So, be sure - next time we come to Istanbul, we’d like to book this hotel again.
Cons: All was good, nothing to say.

Pros: Rooms were decent with three beds. Interiors good and location also is good. Breakfast had variety of salads. Daily cleaning and staff were helpful, pleasant. They also help arrange transfers and tours. Breakfast in terrace with a beautiful view.

wonderful hotel with affordable price.
Pros: room was excellent, clean, cozy. it had a little balcony, but there was no access to it. i wish it would have had access to this balcony where i could sit and watch the street. location was superb. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good, I only wish there would be pork option for non-Muslims (some hotels in the Middle East have that). breakfast room was perfect, nice size and lovely view.
Cons: pillows were too high.

Hotel well worth to stay, I will choose it again.
Pros: Very nice and helpful staff, large room, nice roof top for breakfast, espresso coffee maker for breakfast, excellent location close to historical sites
Cons: As some other mentioned, the lobby entrance is via Triton hotel so you have to take 3 elevators to get to the room. The floor is not very soundproof, we could hear people walking in the room above

Awesome location, staff, facilities and a very memorable place to truly experience life in a Turkish city.
Pros: Amazing location, right at the end of a bustling street, which made the hotel a very quiet place to retreat to. Very close to all the major attractions and restaurants galore nearby. We didn’t even need to use the public transport as we walked everywhere. It is easy to use and very handy to the hotel as well. We had a lovely view over the Bosphorus over to the Asian side of Istanbul from our room. Our room was very spacious with lovely Turkish decor and comfy bed and chairs to rest on after a long day of sightseeing. Awesome staff who were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a treat as the selection was very Turkish oriented but had the staples we wanted as well. Enjoyed the almost 360 degree views of Sultanmeht especially with a freshly made cup of Turkish coffee 🤩.
Cons: Everything was great. Only fault we could find was that the hotel has 2 different names , but the directions were accurate and easy enough to understand so we found it okay.
