Pros: Very helpful and flexible staff. The location is great.

Cons: Room space is very compact (although functional) and lacks a proper wardrobe (it only has a clothes rack and some storage space under the bed).

Great stay in Istanbul

Pros: Really lovely staff, great location and the hotel is super clean

Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the service was excellent. I had my room cleaned everyday and they provided fresh towels and sheets which was superb. They kindly provided Turkish tea on the house. They provided a clothes steamer on demand and answered all questions/queries.

Cons: The price wasn't transparent, I paid slightly higher than what was originally shown on my booking. I felt the room was too small for the price I paid.

Pros: Location was perfect, close to the train and a very short walk to the sights. Breakfast was fantastic and provided at requested times. Room was to an excellent standard and suited our needs.

New, comfortable, great location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – close to many restaurants and everything you might need. The hotel is small, very clean, and has lovely, comfortable rooms. We especially appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The service in English was excellent, and everyone was very helpful and kind. Another big advantage is the parking – it’s very convenient to have a place to park your car. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

A warm and friendly spot to rest in the old town!

Pros: Everything was very well catered for. It is a nice, cozy boutique hotel, with high quality facilities, in a very central location. Cleaning was immaculate, everything smelled fresh and clean! Staff was very friendly and polite! Many thanks!

Cons: Bed was very comfortable, maybe a little upgrade on the pillows might be a suggestion. They were fine but maybe a bit low for tall people with broad shoulders 😊

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff truly made the difference: everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with tea and sweets, which was such a lovely touch. Our flight was very early in the morning and we couldn’t make it to breakfast, but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches and snacks for us, which we really appreciated. The rooms are a bit small, but they are very well organized, so everything fits comfortably. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Mitspark hotel. Located right in the old city walking distance to all the sights and attractions there. Its just what I needed for 3 nights! Mahout, Mert and Ahmet provided incredible hospitality and went beyond to make sure my needs and requests were taken care of. They made it a memorable stay! I recommend this hotel!

Couldn’t ask for better with the price

Pros: The location is incredible. All main attractions right around the corner. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby open til late. Came back to a clean room every night. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
