Yusufpasa Konagi - Special Class

Satisfied!!!

Pros: The room quite spacious. Toilet looks like newly renovated and clean. They have lift even it's small but enough to lift up your luggage and baby stroller. They provide Turkish style breakfast. Location close to tourist attractions like Blue Mosque etc and tram T1 Sultanahmet and T6 Cankurtaran. Near to restaurants and mini market. The hotel in quiet area and safe neighbourhoods. They provide luggage storage. Overall i'm satisfied!!!

Cons: Breakfast could be more variety other than Turkish meal but its still ok for me.

Pros: Loved the location and the breakfast. The Ottoman style exterior was fabulous as well. My room was comfortable and having tea and coffee was a bonus.

Overall perfect location to stay, nice and accommodating staff, clean and near to the tourist attraction.

Pros: Almost everything. Staff are nice and friendly. Perfect location of attraction. Room is clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable.

Cons: Cannot sleep due the smell of cigarettes, I don’t know where it came from. It is not sound proof so you can hear people talking on the hallway and cars outside.

Pros: We like how close it was to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Cons: The rooms are not sound proof. We can hear every noise, door slam and cleaning crew. Very noisy in the rooms.

It was my second time stay in this hotel and will choose here again if I go to Istanbul once again.

Pros: Room view was fantastic. The hotel was located in a peaceful location with great access to transportation system. Staff were helpful. I already called the hotel and requested a high floor room and they cooperated more than I expected. Strongly recommending.

Perfect hotel!

Pros: Everything was great, especially how clean everything was! Also when I came I saw how they were cleaning the room and it’s the first time I see staff caring so much for details!! The breakfast also very good and the design of the rooms amazing, I slept very nice in that bed!

Cons: Nothing except one guy at reception who was a bit strict lol but no problem solved it 🤣

Excellent!

Pros: The location was near all the major tourist locations and close to the ferries. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was yummy. The rooms were very clean and we requested not to have the rooms made up while we were there (I can make my own bed:)) and we crossed path with a lovely cleaner one day and she ran downstairs to grab some fresh water bottles for us, we didn't even ask <3!

Cons: The only bad experience we had was not really the hotel's fault but we enquired about a time frame for the taxi to the airport because it was raining. The bus is fairly close but we had a long journey and didn't want to start wet. The concierge kindly said it was no problem, he could organise one for us and it would be the same cost as uber. The driver confirmed this when we got in but then added several charges on to the trip at the airport - 20-30 Euro more. It was not nice to end a fantastic stay this way

Nice and clean!

Pros: Good price/quality relation. The personnel is really nice and welcoming. The location is centric, yet not very noisy. I particularly liked complements in the room - water bottles, tea, coffee. The rooms are nice and clean. Good quality of bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, soap).

Cons: It would be nice to have a small amenities kit in the room (cotton discs, toothbrush etc..).
