Amazing experience

Pros: This is an incredible hotel that pays attention to all the details. Nice and friendly staff (also with kids), tea time with free delicious bakery, hot water in the spa, free amenities of all kinds. Nothing negative to say; I would come back for sure if I have the opportunity to return to this fantastic city of Istanbul.

Pros: Location is great, and stuff is very polite and friendly. This was my second stay at this hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and just an awesome fish restaurant on the back.

Cons: the roomservice lady hasn't changed the towels, we asked additionally. The spa was a little tired - turkish bath was turned off.

Pros: We loved the location. Everything was nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We loved the heated pool and cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons: Our deluxe room was outside of the courtyard which we had to walk through and we didnt like it because it was cold.

Great place to stay to relax and explore istanbul.

Pros: Great location, near to many tourist sites, and the metro. Rooms comfortable and well equipped, room a little snug, we would take the larger room next time. Breakfast was had a good range of options and to a good quality. Accompanied with great views. Staff friendly and helpful with improving our Turkish. Provided good advice to visit local hidden gems. Staff were very attentive. Lovely heated pool and fitness suite.

Cons: WiFi was poor and slowed our Internet. Better when we relied on mobile data.
