Another location, not what we have booked

Pros: The accomodation has a good position for what we needed. Tha staff is friendly and the area is safe.

Cons: When we arrive they gave us another room in a place nearby. It was ok but the AC was very loud and it wasn't ok for heating. It was a rainy night so the noise from the rain it was awful.

Pros: Room was ok for one night, it is small but cozy, bathroom is big and clean. We were welcomed by a very nice and helpful receptionist

Cons: Breakfast was bad, it took too long and was very poor, would not recommend.

Pros: The location, and quality of the room is top notch. Everything was or at least felt brand new and was cleaned to an amazing standard. The staf were very friendly and courteous - resulting in a check-in which has to have been the fastest check-in I've ever had (and I've toured 81 countries)! Highly recommended.

Pros: The service, staff, and comfort were excellent.so friendly, and really wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I gad a superb room with two balconies and it was lovely, cleaned each day. Also, a great location in the heart of real authentic Istanbul with excellent restaurants and eateries nearby. Highly recommend.

Friendly and welcoming hotel.

Pros: The bedrooms in the hotel are very nice with gold elements. What I liked was the friendly and welcoming staff member who works at the front desk Eid, he made me feel like a family member. All of his family were very nice. I hope all the best for them.

My top choice for all Istanbul trips in future!

Pros: This place has quickly become my favorite choice of accommodation in Istanbul. The staff is highly professional, welcoming, and always willing to help, which creates an amazing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The cleanliness is outstanding, with daily room service and fresh bed linen that make every day feel like a fresh start. The room was spotless and very comfortable, offering the perfect balance of coziness and functionality. After experiencing this level of service and comfort, I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in the city. Highly recommended!
