Great hospitality.

Pros: Ferit from reception was exceptional, one of the best I’ve ever met. Location was a great plus, we were able to get quite easily to all places we wanted to see. Breakfast was good and the extra watermelon came in handy during the heatwave.

Great location, great staff, clean and comfortable hotel

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet room in the heart of historic Istanbul. Good air conditioning. Simple, but plentiful buffet breakfast, available to at least 10am. Friendly, helpful staff. Tons of eateries and supermarkets close by. A few minutes' walk to the Blue Mosque area and the seafront. Great all round hotel.

Cons: Advertised gym was out of commission.

Amazing

Pros: This hotel experience was incredible.we were welcomed by a lovely staff, they helped us with everything we needed and we had some great chats , such friendly people.The location of the hotel was also amazing. I would stay in this hotel again , it made our trip a very pleasant one.

Я провела 7ми дневный отпуск в Стамбуле, за это время не возникло никаких вопросов или претензий к отелю. Владелец отеля

Pros: В отеле есть все удобства, ежедневная уборка, завтрак, в любой момент можно попить кофе. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал! Помогли со всеми вопросами, которые возникали! Также если вам необходим трансфер до аэропорта, то лучше делайте это через отель, выходит выгоднее, чем самим вызывать такси, так было в моем случае. Расположение отеля очень удобное! Основные достопримечательности находятся рядом, так же рядом находится продуктовый магазин Migros, что очень удобно, если что-то понадобиться, и любые кафе и рестораны. В 5 минутах можно дойти до трамвая и добраться до любой точки. Но самое приятное, что рядом с отелем в «двух шагах» находится море и прекрасная набережная!

Cons: Минусов не нашла, идеальное соотношение цена/качество!

Проживание, пребывание в гостинице было комфортным!

Pros: Расположен недалеко от основных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Очень вежливый персонал. Администрация отеля старалась всегда во всем помочь: где пообедать, купить сувениры, купить продукты. Можно было заказать экскурсии из отеля, трансфер в аэропорт.

Cons: Всё было хорошо! В номере был кондиционер, wi-fi работал хорошо. Желаю процветания этому отелю!
