Pros: Amazing location Full of character and charm in a central location with easy access to all historical sites on foot. Breakfast choices pretty good.

Pros: We liked almost everything, the style, the location, the staff.

Cons: Breakfasts were a bit similar one to each other every day, and it was a bit noisy in the evenings as the noise isolation was not perfect.

Stylish hotel, well located for all main city attractions

Pros: Great location, very friendly and attentive staff, attractive design, fresh renovation, clean rooms, and a good gym. Situated on a quiet corner of Sultanahmet, the hotel is within walking distance of all the main tourist sites and is well maintained, with a modern, recently renovated feel. We had an issue with our room described below that was dealt by the staff promptly.

Cons: The family room did not fully match its description, and the photos on booking.com are of a different room and are misleading. It consisted of two interconnected rooms, one without any windows and the other with windows blocked from the outside by artificial plants, resulting in no view and no access to fresh air. The temperature was controlled by a centralised air-conditioning system set at 27°C, with no option for individual adjustment, which felt uncomfortable for four people. After we complained, we were moved for the second night to a suite with large windows and a pleasant view, which was significantly more comfortable. I would recommend that families travelling with children book a suite rather than a family room.

Pros: My stay at this hotel in Istanbul was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What really made the experience special was the kindness and genuine hospitality of Mustafa and Atta. They took the time to help with recommendations, always checked that everything was okay, and made me feel more like a guest than just a customer. Thanks to them, my stay felt very personal and relaxed. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Sinan Kck
