Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and clean. Room were also spacious and clean. Short walk from amazing restaurants and shops.

Pros: The location is very nice, close to the tram, restaurants and shopping and it is in a special tourist area. The staff were very friendly (Erdina and Mustafa). They provided me with everything I needed and were very friendly. It will be the hotel that I return to constantly and I recommend it to everyone.

NICE AND COZY

Pros: We were staying on the city view side and it was really nice. The hotel was clean and the stuff was very helpful the moment you call them. All the attractions are walking distance from the hotel, but the area is extremely crowded.

Cons: During winter the heating system will be switched off when you leave the room, means you will come back to the freezing room after the walk. Just ask for the blockator at the reception, it will fo the trick. Breakfast could be a bit better.
