Pros: The butler was all the money! We loved the way he welcomed us and treated us!! Good choice of hotel if you want to be in quiet location but centrally located. Every was close by foot. Good quality of money - service - location.

Great location

Pros: Great location for exploring Istanbul. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Daily room service was a bonus. Breakfast had enough to choose from to suit a western traveler. Brilliant hot shower.

Great location but no WiFi

Pros: This hotel is clean and in a very good location, breakfast was good . Rooms are not that big but for this price it’s ok.

Cons: Only problem is WiFi is useless .

Excelent

Pros: The location is really close to all main attractions of Istanbul (10 minutes of walking). The staff of the hotel are friendly and the hotel was super clean. We booked option with breakfast which was always warmed up and fresh.

Cons: It was very cold in the rooms because the central heating didn’t work on 4th floor and the staff told us that this is because we are not yet in the winter season. Even if we were stopping the air condition, very cold air was coming from the central ventilation.

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel, for us it was perfect ! It's the second time we come here and we are again very pleased with the Hotel. More likely we will come here aswell next time we travel to Istanbul. The location of the Hotel is very good, close to T1, ferry, tren.. and I think this is the most important thing for a vacation. The breakfast was very good and also mixed. The staff is very nice, they help you with anything you need. Last time they kept our baggages after the checkout (and we were 11 persons that time) because we had late flight and we wanted to keep visiting the city until then.
