Istanbul Central Hotel

Value in a central location

Pros: Room was value for money and literally just around the corner from everything you'd love to experience in an older section of central Istanbul.

Cons: Bathroom ceiling shows signs of mould

Pros: All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arranged airport pick up service through them and they were really excellent and gave good instructions on meeting point. Breakfast was nice. The location is great. Very close to some good eating places, historic places are all within walking distance.

Very good location, good value for money if you don't want luxury in Istanbul.

Pros: We chose the hotel because of its location in the historic city center and its value for money. The economy room was what we expected. We only went there to sleep, which is exactly what it was for. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were satisfied.

Cons: The room could use a little renovation and tidying up. But overall it's usable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Istambul and the hotel played a major part. We will stay there again.

Pros: Location is excellent, really central and close to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast is very good and a beautiful roof-top view of the city in the morning is such a bonus. Complementary tea and coffee was not expected but was appreciated very much. The staff are all very helpful and kind and would do everyrhing they can for you.

Cons: The bar seemed well stocked-up but was not open which was a shame.

Pros: the hotel is very well positioned, many tourist attractions are nearby and the staff was extraordinary

Pros: The room was spacious, had good lighting which is amazing and the room was recently painted. The location is great. In close proximity to main attractions. Wifi was fast

Cons: My bathroom ceiling had black mold which was not pleasing to the eye. I wish the staff could speak English a little bit, because there was a communication barrier

The hotel is in a great location in Sultanahmet. I was central to most of the things on my ‘to see’ list.
