Pros: The staff are very friendly and always keen to help. The location is perfect for sightseeing. Nice pool for kids.

Cons: Little things that were not so important but quite annoying: fridges were not cooling, lack of hooks or hanging fixtures for towels/clothes, leaking shower door…

An amazing stay with wonderful staff who truly made our trip special

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic, especially when I had an airport issue — they went above and beyond to help. The hotel is luxurious, spotless, and very attentive to every detail. Spa, pool, sauna, and breakfast were all amazing, and everyone made us feel truly welcome. They pay attention to details and check for everything to be perfect!

Cons: Nothing at all, I don’t have complaints

Pros: The location was excellent to get to both the Blue Mosque and the ferry to Asia and Tram to the new city

Cons: Entrance difficult to find, room was very hot for us and couldn’t lower temperatures. So they cut our heating off to help.

Excellent location

Pros: Nice spacious hotel room, clean and very comfortable. Located just next to the main tourist sites but it was quiet.

Cons: The need to rent a swimming cap put me off from using the pool, even though that was something I was looking forward. Check-in process was a little chaotic with getting sent from one hotel to the other and then back.

Excellent location and amazing hospitality. Wonderful staff (esp Cihan and Efe).

Pros: Cannot recommend this place enough. The facilities were great and clean but the most impressive for us were the staff. They are extremely polite, courteous and go above and beyond to help you and look after you. In particular, we will not forget Cihan, the manager, and Efe who assisted us tremendously throughout our stay in so many big and small ways. Ten stars from us for both of them. You guys are incredible and the epitome of hospitality. The beds are comfortable. The coffee shop next doors do the best coffee we had in Istanbul.

Cons: You just have to be careful when traveling to and from the hotel to ensure the cab knows the correct entrance to the hotel (as there is a back entrance too). There is a lot of room for improvement in the breakfast. The food can be cold. In particular, there ought to be more space for the buffet.

Pros: The hotel was well placed in the heart of Istanbul. The staff were so helpful and considerate,the breakfasts were great and the facilities fantastic. I couldn't recommend it more!
