Pros: The hotel is excellent. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is good near a lot of restaurants and close to a tram station. City centre is within 20 minutes by tram.

Pros: We really liked the hotel. It’s quite central, so everything was easy to reach on foot and much better than taking a taxi. We would even come again.

Pros: The service from the staff was excellent — we were more than satisfied with Mr. Mahmoud! The value for money is good, and I would recommend it!

Cons: The location was good, as it was just a 5-minute walk from all public transport. However, the total travel time back and forth was 1 hour and 1 minute. Therefore, for a short stay without a car, I wouldn’t recommend it, as quite a lot of time is spent commuting.
