an absolutely brilliant hotel with excellent customer service

Pros: the breakfast was plentiful , varied and excellent quality . The room was clean and well maintained . Check in was a breeze . Free upgrade without even asking was admirable . One of the best hotels that I have stayed at and I have stayed in almost 120 hotels in my lifespan

We loved the hotel and especially the spa

Pros: We had a beautiful spacious room on the 9th floor with a contemporary bathroom. The pool and wellness spa were amazing! There was a big choice for breakfast but there were no croissants or pastries.

Cons: The hotel was gorgeous inside but it wasn't hugely convenient for public transport.

Cons: The rooms were just average. Nothing really that has a statement piece for a four star hotel in a city.

Great and excellent stay

Pros: Staff are very good, especially Zineb and Irman, they sent a message in advance and arranged everything perfectly. I had asked many questions and answered nicely. Spacious rooms, gym, lift, good breakfast, swimming pool, etc… very nice stay

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Big spacious rooms Good gym/spa facilities Lovely view Comfy beds Good gym facilities, practically empty gym when I did use it!

Cons: AC in room could be more colder A bit disappointed when odering room service on the last day they did not have tea or coffee The Sauna could be a lot hotter, although I did use 1 hour before closing time so perhpas why. Would be very practical to have that spinning machine to dry your swim shorts.
