Pros: The location was excellent and very convenient for transportation. The reception staff were extremely helpful and provided us with detailed information about the city. They also assisted us with the airport transfer and arranged a warm welcome upon our arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We were even offered traditional Turkish coffee, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated their professionalism and support

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the location was perfect just a short walk to the tram, which made getting around the city very easy. The reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed, from directions to local tips. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely choose this place again for our next visit.

Pros: The breakfast at the hotel was very good. You can easily take the elevator down to the ground floor and enjoy your meal in the breakfast restaurant. The hygiene standards were also excellent. The location is very convenient — there is a tram stop about a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach many parts of the city within 20–30 minutes by tram.
