Great position, very comfortable easy walking to many attractions including restaurants and bars.

Pros: 1 Position of the apartments. 2 Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room for two people. 3 Walking distance of historical attractions and shops. 4 close to many restaurants.

Cons: 1 Lack of cooking utensils and a few condiments for cooking. 2 Tea coffee and milk non existent which you get in Hotels. More thought to the Kitchen equipment for guests staying longer than a day or two.

Lovely apartment in great location.

Pros: Great location - so much to see in walking distance. The staff attentive and quickly respond to any issues. Comfy and nicely equipped.

Cons: Not many English speaking channels on TV, but otherwise excellent.

Fantastic location, great little apartment

Pros: Centrally located, air conditioned, well equipped, good hot running water with, nice water pressure: a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, all walking distance . I went with my young family, found a park within 3 minutes walking, very useful for families with young children.

Cons: It didn’t have an iron, but I lived and managed. It wasn’t the end of the world. It’s a nice to have. Steep walk up hill to get to the tram, but good early morning exercise!!

Feyza is great value for money in a convenient location for sightseeing

Pros: The location was very convenient for walking to most major sightseeing activities plus there were plenty of restaurants/cafes within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood felt safe, even at night. There was a washing machine in the apartment which was a bonus when travelling. The manager was always available by WhatsApp to answer questions or if there was a problem.

Cons: Perhaps they could add some hooks/rails for hanging in bathroom & bedroom & add small bedside tables. Kitchen is not well-stocked if you're planning to cook meals. More basic utensils are needed & it would be really helpful if basic condiments were provided like salt & pepper & cooking oil (they did provide salt).

Great location to visit the European side of the city

Pros: Great location, good host. Pictures matching with booking, you get exactly what you book and owner has real description about location and apartment. Location is great for visiting tourist attractions but still in a residential area.

Great place to stay 😀

Pros: Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Close to shops, restaurants. 10 mins from the Bazar and tram .

Pros: Our host was very helpful with check in. We had a delayed flight so we came very late but we had no issues with check in. The apartment is clean and they will clean it every day if you want. The location is excellent! Everything is very close and the whole neighborhood is cute.

Cons: The furniture is a bit old but it is clean and usable.

Pros: Good location, quiet for Istanbul , Nice Host , great we could leave our bags as had a late flight . Room we had booked had some issue with guest not leaving , so had to have not yet renovated one. Apartment a bit tired and on third floor( Host carried our bags up which was great ) but very comfortable . New Furniture was nice . Good shower , hot water .Given a 12 percent discount . Near lots of restaurants and small supermarkets . Good view from top of building . Very good value for money .

Very nice experience

Pros: ‏We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was equipped in every way and we didn't lack anything. They came to clean every day and changed the sheets and towels. The hotel is very close to the most popular tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and Eminonu. You don't need to ride anything to get to these places, you can walk for 10 minutes. But the hotel is located on a slope so it was a bit difficult to walk towards the main streets.

Cons: The only negative thing was the way the airport taxi driver was. First of all, he only speaks Turkish so it was very difficult to communicate with him. He was very rude unfortunately and when we arrived at the airport he started swearing in Turkish because I didn't say thank you (my sister understands a little Turkish so I understood what he said).

Comfortable, clean and quiet in an excellent location

Pros: An excellent location (bearing in mind steep hills), about ten minutes' walk from all the main sites, in a quiet and non-tourist, unpretentious neighbourhood. Close to normal supermarkets and shops. Comfortable and clean: bins emptied daily and towels changed frequently. Good heating and hot water in cold weather, good bathroom, washing machine and adequate kitchen facilities. Perfect size and good value for two people for a longish stay.

Cons: Very little to cause any problem. The apartment is a good size for two people, but would probably seem small for a larger group. The lighting is rather dim at night and would be improved by having a desk or reading light in the living room. Two of the plug sockets need repair. Kitchen was adequate, but a little basic (hob, kettle and microwave) and there could have been more kitchen implements, glassware, plates and cutlery etc.
