Great stay

Pros: The staffs were helpful especially Feyyaz, who help us with our luggages on our arrival. We can also use their dining hall to eat our meals.

Cons: No breakfast included

Suitable for family. 3 rooms were on the same floor and can access via with elevator or stairs.

Pros: The small kitchen area with stove so we can prepared meals for our small kids.

Cons: No seating area for family to enjoy together.

Pros: Of course, it was very nice journey because of having this kind of clean and well orginized accommadation.

Cons: There is no word to say as a bad.

Highly recommended and would definitely stay again if I return to Istanbul.

Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is a little small, but did the job OK. The room we had was accessed by quite a steep spiral staircase, so luckily we were only on the first level. The host did help us take our suitcases up and down the stairs. The accommodation is in a fantastic location which is quite close to the attractions and there are a whole lot of restuarants nearby.

Cons: The bathroom was a little small and cramped, but the water was hot and the shower was good, which was the most important.

Pros: The room was clean, and they had amazing stuffing. They let us check in early.i highly recommend the grey House appartement

Exceptional

Pros: Central location, best restaurants close to it, very close to all sites of interest, you can get metro/trams from here to any where you wanna go… staff are super helpful and very friendly , available for service in a whim… due to exceptional circumstances we couldn’t check out n till midnight and the waited for us to let us in.. everything about this place is excellent… will definitely rebook next year

Pros: Beautiful, freshly renovated bright room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location was nice and quite calm.

Cons: There was no protection from outside sounds in the room. When someone walked down the hallway, it felt like they were walking right next to you. I was actually scared a couple of times that I forgot to close the door.

Great hotel

Pros: The staff were friendly and checked to make sure everything was okay. I loved the hotel, right in the middle of a busy neighbourhood, which was great.

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like, I would very much recommend this little hotel.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Grey House! 🩶 The host was extremely kind and helpful — even gave us umbrellas when it rained, which was such a nice gesture. The room was very clean and tidy, with fresh bed linen, slippers, towels, water, tea, and coffee provided. It was bright, cozy, and comfortable. The location is perfect — all the main attractions are within walking distance. They also offer their own taxi service to the airport at a very good price — highly recommend using it! I’m very satisfied and would love to stay here again! 🌟

Pros: The staff are friendly and the owner is hospitable. Everyone was ready to help without exception. The place is close to historical landmarks, tram and restaurants.. Mr. KHALIL was very helpful

Cons: The place is a bit old. There is a steep slope to get up to the tram line. The hotel has no view.
