Pros: The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, cleaned even every day. Bed very comfortable to sleep in. The hospitality of the owner was amazing, if we return to Istanbul, we will again stay here for sure!

Pros: The staff was very nice and kind. They tried to assist me as soon as possible. Also the location is great, near the sea, and the area is very peaceful and calm. If you want to have a trip In Turkey book this Hotel near Kumkapi area. Absolutely the best!!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our vacation in Turkey. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel truly at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and serviced daily with great attention to detail.

Cons: The only thing hotel does not have is elevator, it has 4 floors. However for elderly the hotel can offer a room on the base.

Pros: Blue Mansion Hotel is very well located, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which makes exploring the area extremely convenient. Our host was incredibly helpful and assisted us every time we needed something, which we truly appreciated. Thank you !

Cons: The only downside was the noise inside the hotel — there was quite a lot of disturbance on the stairs, and it could easily be heard from the room. Aside from that, everything was great, and we had a pleasant stay overall.

Pros: It was in a good location close to the train or tram if you like walking uphill a lot, fairly clean room and in a very friendly neighbourhood with really welcoming and helpful people, good breakfast and enough to be full for some hours, we got free water bottles in our room, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good and pretty spacious, we had a lot of space to keep our luggage and clothes. The bed was also pretty comfortable to sleep in and the A/C was working well.

Cons: They should change the sheets every day or every two days because our sheets were never changed through out our 11 days trip and at the end it was easy to tell. The room that we got wasn’t the one we chose in the first place but it wasn’t too bad in the end just matter of more or less space. The staff at the end of the trip especially one lady commented twice on when we are going to check out first time she told us that check out is at 11 but we had 2 more days left of our stay so we felt weird about that. Second time on the day of our checkout she commented that she thought that we already checked out when we clearly showed her last time that we check out on 13th and mind you we were eating breakfast pretty early at 9 am when we could check out until 11. Which made us feel even more unwelcome and as if we should leave as soon as possible. Room lacked any type of utensils which sometimes would be useful to have.

Pros: Everything. Location, staff, breakfast. They were flexible with the times. Would and will recommend to anyone coming to Istanbul.

Nice room, good value for money

Pros: Very nice room & comfy bed not to far from the main attractions of Istanbul. The breakfast was delivered to my room and it was very nicely prepared and delicious. Strong internet connection, tea kettle, fridge and toiletries were provided. The lady who runs it was very kind and friendly, although she doesn't speak much English.

Cons: The shower and the toilet were in separate rooms which I liked at first but it just wasn't very practical at the end. The room was on the first floor and it was super noisy when others were coming/going. No elevator, although they helped me with my luggage.

Good accommodation, cozy and clean. Good location, poor breakfast.

Pros: The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room is large comparing with others in Istanbul. Clean and cozy. The location is close to many restaurants , markets , etc.
