Clean and modern hotel in a good location.

Pros: The hotel is located near the station and within many shops which is very handy and convenient to go around. The hotel has a modern touch, well-maintained and very clean. Well done to housekeeping! They have a spa, massage, and a mini pool on the basement which I think is great if you want to relax after a long day of walking.

Cons: The breakfast and the lady who cleans and serves the guests. First morning we had breakfast, there was not much left considering it was just 9am. Not even many options on our second morning. The drink juices tasted awful. No plates, bowls and cutleries and when I asked the lady she said ‘breakfast finished, bowls get from inside kitchen’. I think the hospitality and customer service of the hotel needs to be improved.

A memorable stay

Pros: The hotel is near the Metro, Atms and restaurants. Their breakfast was good eventhough they don't have hot chocolate. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Boresh, Syahed and the lovely lady at front office.Highly recommended.

Cons: The door to the Balcony was not easy to open.

Pros: It was amazing place to stay. Location is very convenient, walking distance to a few subway and tram lines, so it was easy to get to the main sightseeing points. All our questions and request was satisfied in a short time, especially the receptionist Mrs. Eda was very helpful. Buffet style breakfast with fresh vegetables, fruits and some local food was also fabulous.
