Pros: Hotel personnel is very kind, supportive. Breakfast was great and staff there were also very kind. They will advice u if u have any questions. Hotel area very easy access to main shops, restaurants, public transport in Serkeci.

Pros: I would recommend this hotel for the first time visitors as its location is perfect for sightseeing main attractions. Overall it is cozy, clean, and has a beautiful rooftop terrace to enjoy your meal.

Pros: Very clean and efficient hotel, staff are extremely helpful.

Cons: No faults, really good hotel. The only issue possibly is there's no direct parking/drop off point in front of the hotel. As is the case with many old city hotels.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. The entire place is well-maintained, and I was impressed by the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: What I didn’t like was that the central air conditioning was too warm, and it felt suffocating. I would have preferred if they lowered the temperature and adjusted the air conditioning according to the day’s weather, if that’s feasible in my opinion.

Well located, good value for money hotel.

Pros: This hotel is in a great location in the Old City. It has really good transport connections being very close to tram stops and the ferry terminals. Also easy to walk to some of the major sites in the Old City. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and there was a good selection of things for breakfast.
