Totally awesome

Pros: Near to a lots of attractions, all the staff are friendly

Cons: The breakfast maybe serve some croissants

Pros: Friendly and professional stuff, excelent location, big choices for breakfast.

Pros: The staff all of them are exceptional, i wish i remember their names. But all of them were great. They even gave a bigger room.

Pros: We had a great stay at Orient Express.All staff very nice and polite.The position off the hotel is really good,we even reached Gallata Tower by walking.😍

Pros: I stayed at the Orient Express in Istanbul, which is in a great location, close to everything and on the main shopping street. Just steps from the mosques and main transport links. Beautiful rooms with impeccable service. The staff is always helpful and very friendly, especially Mr. Botuman, Mr. Can, and the two Mr. Erem staff. Compliments also to Mrs. E at Caffè Pino. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Pros: I like the Location is very near to the places to visit. Staffs are really good. Friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and a place worth living with your family

Pros: The location was perfect. The breakfast had a wide variety of things. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The reception staff were the best! They have a spa as well but didn't get a chance to use it.

Cons: Just for the sake of it, the air conditioners need some maintenance as in one of our rooms it just randomly stopped giving out cold air. Though the staff was quick to act and fixed it but definitely something that, if fixed, can earn this property a 10 :)

Pros: The service staff were absolutely lovely in particular Eren and Feyyaz went above and beyond to help out during our stay the rooftop restaurant was amazing the views service and the food top quality could not fault it location was also very convenient to all local attractions truly enjoyed our stay

Cons: The housekeeping staff could pay a little more attention to detail we had to ask for towels and toilet paper on 2 separate occasions and soap dispensers were not filled until I physically left them open in the sink
