Perfect stay in the heart of Istanbul

Pros: The owner is super nice and all the staff is amazing. Breakfasts are really good and there is a lot of different options. We felt just like at home.

Cons: The rooms are very old and everything in the rooms is broken, doors, wardrobe, etc. Some of the rooms are renovated and some are still waiting to be renovated. This time i wasnt lucky and we got old rooms. But in general this doesnt bother me because everything else is amazing.

A great hub for Istanbul and good reception staff

Pros: Very central location and proximity to transport hubs (10 meters away from a key metro junction), not far from the tram and the ferries. Can get anywhere easily, including Asian side and Taksim area. Lots of food around. Easy to access key Istanbul attractions. The reception staff - very helpful with advice an in identifying good deals for spa around - super grateful.

Cons: Maybe fixing the bathroom locks. The rest is super fine.

We always have an amazing time here.

Pros: I love how we are always welcomed here. The owners and the staff are really warm and kind people. The property is close to public transport to go anyway around Istanbul. Tourists attractions are a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs that closes very late at night with amazing staff. We are in Turkey 3 times a year for business and this is our hotel of choice.

Basic, clean, friendly

Pros: The hotel is very basic and a bit worn down, but clean and with all the necessary amenities for a short term stay. All staff was very friendly and accommodating and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

Pros: Great location close to the tube stations, lots of restaurants and attractions. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was amazing and a few things changed each day. The room is simple but clean and pleasant. Aircon was helpful to cool the room on a hot day. Fresh towels were given after a couple of days.

Cons: Nothing really. The only thing is that there are a few seats in the lobby to sit (which is a very nice and spacious area) but none outside - they’re all reserved for the restaurant to use. It would be nice if some were designated for hotel guests.
