A pleasant stay

Pros: Very nice room with a harbour view. Very nice staff. Helping us to know the nearby area & staff are very friendly.

Cons: A bit far away from downtown. A long ride to all the tourist attractions.

Pros: Was upgraded upon arrival free of charge for higher room class without any notice . The receptionists were always of utmost support and service. Always. The hotel itself is fully comfortable for business stay. The only thing to improve is maybe the breakfast selection

Pros: I recommend it for families, as it is a very safe place and suitable for everyone. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent, better than hotel apartments or other hotels, and the prices are excellent. I would like to thank Khadija and the staff for their generosity and good reception.

Cons: The hotel is far from the city cente

Pros: The staff were all good, professional, in treating visitors, specifically (Ahmet) was very helpful, attending, polite and gentle

Great experience

Pros: The interior is very unique and modern. The food was great and had many traditional turkish food. The staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: Friendly staff. Shopping center, cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean, large rooms.

Cons: Change breakfast a little, make more variety.

Pros: Everything is great, the hotel staff are very supportive and professinal

Great Value for Money Property

Pros: Very good room size. Also nicely decorated. Staff is very helpful Aircon is good good amenities inside room

Cons: 1. Limited Breakfast menu 2. Restaurant is under staffed 3. Location is quiet far away from airport 4. Taxi drivers easliy miss this location. Not sure whether this is due to inadequate board or name put to recognize.

Pros: Breakfast was Ok. The coffee was sort of like Turkish coffee, not exactly.

Cons: The menu in the restaurant needs to be improved significantly.

Excellent stay in Istanbul

Pros: The hotel is best value for money. Staff is very courteous especially Mr Ahmet at the counter was a very nice and helpful gentleman. Hotel has Very nice, clean rooms with modern decor and good facilities. The price was very reasonable for the facilities the hotel was offering. I liked the breakfast very much, there is free parking, when you are coming tied from all day of work or travel, you don't need to bother making coffee your self, there is a vending machine near lifts which will do it for you. Get fresh coffee free of charge all day long.

Cons: The pillow choices. They have just fiber ball pillows which are not very comfortable to sleep on for some people. Need better pillows. The lighting in the suite room was little less for the room size
