Pros: This is my third stay at this hotel. For the first time, I was impressed by the staff member named Mahsum, who was very polite and explained everything I needed to know and helped us with the rooms. For the first time, I received professional service from this hotel, and for my future stays, I would like the same person to assist me again.

Cons: For a 5-star hotel, the hotel is not clean enough and every time something is missing like coffee, etc. The body lotion was empty, I would like to find disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc. that every hotel offers. They are very poor with these things.

Comfortable as always

Pros: Whenever I come to Istanbul I stay at this hotel. Its services are good, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you rest well.

Cons: In other occasions when I have stayed, they left coffee in the room, but this time it wasn't like that. Even after a day I thought the cleaning staff would leave it, but they didn't, and for coffee drinkers like me, it is necessary.

Pros: I was at a business trip for the TUYAP fair (Expo) - the location and all the services were great. Breakfast was also tasty and variable. Friendly staff and cleanness of the rooms. Overall - better than expected

Cons: We had an early flight - I've requested in advance an early check-in. But due to overbook and high demand at that time - it was impossible. Nevertheless the staff was friendly and brought some fruits and a cake after the check-in.

Pros: I like how spacious the rooms were, the view into the city is also great, and parking for your car is useful.

Cons: Was confused by how it was not clear how much and who will be charged for breakfast. There are large metal beams inside the rooms that are not very safe especially with their bolts exposed if you have children.
