Cons: The Spa Sauna does not have seperate male and female facilities.

We had a nice time in istanbul and this hotel was perfect for us

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff truly made the experience special—Islam Bey and Firat Bey were especially helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Emrah Bey for checking us in so politely and efficiently. The cleaning staff were also very polite and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to Bostanci Marmaray station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

Pros: Prime location, firm and comfortable matras, good size room.

Cons: Styling of room is average but everthing is in place.

Fine.

Pros: Good value for money. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location was fine, for where I needed to be. Close to the metro line for SAW, which is convenient.

Cons: Smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast starts at 7. One morning it was 7.50 when the hot food was finally brought out. There is a cat in the restaurant. Power went out at one point, for about an hour or so.

Pros: Location was absolutely beautiful. I loved being so closed to beach front as well Kadıköy. Excellent transport links. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I want to say specifically thank you to Ogulcan from reception for making my stay extra pleasant and comfortable. Overall I loved it!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. The Staff was very friendly and assisted as much as they could. The location was good and easy to access public transport. The SPA was also amazing

Cons: not their fault but there was a small language barrier with the staff. We used the translator App to communicate with them. The WIFI was also not too strong.

Pros: A lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Good size room and comfortable bed Off road parking next to the hotel also very useful.

Cons: The shower has good cold water pressure but very little pressure for hot water.

Pros: The front desk and overall staff are really helpful. Free upgrade to bigger room despite booking.com description was confusing. Frint desk Ayhan bey has been very helpful as well as Ece Hn. This was my second visit owing to their quality of service. Free car park was also useful
