Great experience, great value for the money!

Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness is brilliant, a lot of facilities within the hotel, the restaurant experience is worth every penny!

Cons: Small repairs can be done to the room, however, room is big, clean and cozy, quality materials used. Overall, great stay

Excellent!

Pros: Everything. The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. The room was very spacious.

Cons: No tissues in the room and no obvious socket to plug my adapter in without blocking light switches.

Pros: Location not central but well connected by metro and bus Good value for money, our room had even view of the islands

Cons: We asked for water and they told us they can not give us water every night! We have to buy from room service..never seen something like this from a 5 star hotel! The staff of that night was pretty rude

A great hotel for a short stay.

Pros: The gym far exceeded my expectations. Possibly the most well equipped hotel gym I have used. The breakfast was tasty and had a good amount of options every morning including juices and coffee. The rooms were nice and clean, Staff were friendly and I felt welcome.

Cons: however our shower was leaking and the pillows were not very comfortable in my opinion.
