Great Value for Money

Pros: It was good for the price. The room and the washroom were clean. It's pretty basic room and fulfils the purpose. The host was nice as well and they kept our bags even after the checkout. The location was the best.

Cons: According to our expectations, everything was fine.

Pros: Central and very close to Istiklal Caddesi its about 5 mine on foot. We stayed as a couple and enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. They left complimentary a bottle of water and some tea in the room.

A lovely, well-located spot in Istanbul that made our trip extra comfortable.

Pros: The location was perfect - super easy to access and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was clean, bright, and well-furnished, and we really appreciated how smooth the check-in process was. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: very good location out of any noise , the streets were very comforting and nice to walk around the place , I enjoyed the balcony view very romantic and cozy , very clean and the staff were very very friendly , only one thing no stairs but never mind I will book again thank you so much

Guest-centred alacrity and great value for money!

Pros: George has shown himself to be a fantastic host. Even prior to my arrival, he communicated well, with steady patience and rapidity. Perfection does not mean having everything go perfectly but rather how things are handled when they need to be communicated and resolved. There were a few things that needed to be resolved and George was the consummate host and acted VERY PROFESSIONALLY and made me feel like a valued guest, all the way. The wifi was a bit sporadic sometimes but Ajay, the property assistant, was more than helpful in this matter. I could even do my laundry on site without problems. This was well appreciated! Overall, my experience is that this was great value for money, great location, excellent communication on many levels and very guest-affable. Thus, I have given my experience ten out of ten. I would definitely return and I can definitely recommend this listing!
