Great personnel, very good location, needs a bit of attention to the facilities, for a 5-star hote

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special note of appreciation for the cleaning staff that left a rose petal design or a biscuit as a treat, making us feel welcome.

Cons: We were looking for the hammam experience, but it was not available. The spa is quite limited for the hotel capacity.

Elegant, new, beautiful hotel!

Pros: Very nice & cool everything. Pretty new hotel and with important details for me, as the lights, the colours but also that there is an inside smoking area, pretty nice where I could enjoy my morning coffee before I star exploring the town. People working there are really nice.

Cons: Everything was super.

Good value for money

Pros: Clean rooms with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast selection was great and their staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi connection was strong in the room and they had a good selection of movies on tv. The hotel is located a few meters from the Tram, which was super convenient. And also easy for Ubers to access. I would have loved to make use of their other facilities but my stay was too short.

Cons: My only issue was that my room was on the side where there were chickens and what sounded like garbage truck moving through at around 3am on both nights, which interrupted my sleep
