Pros: Excellent location – only a 5-minute walk to the Balat tram station. There is a lively food street right next door with plenty of local options to choose from. The host, Kadir, is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Pros: Прекрасный небольшой отель, очень красивый интерьер, атмосферно. Владелец отеля очень приветлив, всегда готов помочь. Расположение отличное! Если вы путешествуете небольшой компанией, то это жилье отлично подойдет. Есть все необходимое: посуда, стиральная машина, утюг. С удовольствием остановлюсь тут в свой следующий приезд в Стамбул! Спасибо, Kadir ❤️ Внимание тем, у кого проблемы с ногами или очень много/тяжелый багаж. Лестница довольно крутая, следует ходить по ней с осторожностью. Всем остальным проблем никаких не доставит.

Pros: Уютно и чисто място в сърцето на Балат. Изцяло реновирана сграда с три самостоятелни апартамента. Напълно оборудвана кухня и функционален хол. Обзавеждането е с много вкус и фино съчетание от съвременни технологии и антикварни мебели. Домакинът Кадир - любезен, гъвкав и добре информиран, винаги на разположение по всякакви въпроси. Оказа ни голяма помощ с паркирането, даде ни насоки и съвети, зае ни карта за градския транспорт, с което много улесни предвижването ни. В непосредствена близост до сградата има всевъзможни заведения и магазини. Мястото е много комуникативно и има удобни връзки на градския транспорт. Препоръчвам за кратък и за по-дълъг престой.

Kadir ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist frisch renoviert, ich war wohl der erste

Pros: Top Lage, mitten im lebendigen Balat-Viertel, aber dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Es gibt jede Menge Cafés und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Die Location ist gut mit dem Bus, der Tram und der Fähre zu erreichen.
