Novelty Hotel

Pros: I loved everything about the hotel Perfect location Spotless clean Very nice and helpful polite staff 👍 60 meters far from metro In the main road very quiet and pleasant I would recommend this hotel

Comfortable stay in an interesting part of the city

Pros: Good location and comfortable rooms, with a great breakfast.

Pros: For the price paid it was an overall ok experience. I would say this is a basic 3* hotel.

Cons: The staff in the reception was not friendly. Everytime we passed by either they were on their phones or watching tv, without even saying goodnight. Their english was also quite limited. The breakfast was quite limited, not to mention the coffee, that was almost transparent.

Excellent. We were all very satisfied. I will definitely recommend it to other friends.

Pros: I liked the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the location. I also liked the fact that we were welcomed with sherbet and Turkish delight and that we had fresh water, a kettle, and instant coffee and tea in the room every day. The room was cleaned every day and hygiene products were replenished according to consumption.

Cons: I didn't like the towels.

Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, good bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff who served a generous buffet breakfast with a smile every day. It has a perfect location near Veniciler metro station in one direction (the line for Guyrettepe, where you swap to the M11 for Istanbul airport) and the T1 tram line in the other (which goes through Sultanahmet, across the Galata Bridge, and ends at Kabatas). That made it an excellent base for exploring the big tourist attractions and beyond.

Cons: We loved the hotel. I would've liked a little table and chairs because there is a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities and a nice little balcony, but nowhere to sit for a coffee or glass of wine except on the bed - but that's definitely being pedantic, and reflected in the excellent price.

Pros: Good breakfast. All restaurants and mosques were in walking distance. Lovely clean and modern rooms

Cons: Maybe dome milk in room for western viditors.

Pros: Good location, just a couple of minutes to Metro M2 station. And in about 20 minute walking walking distance to points of interest such as Basilica Cistern, Blue mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. The included breakfast was also great. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location is great, close to different stations and easy to get anywhere. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy. We really enjoyed breakfast, and the staff there was especially nice and kind. Excellent value for money.

Cons: The only thing I disliked was the balcony: it's actually a French balcony, and not a real balcony you can spend time at.

I'm going to recommend it to my friends for a visit in this wonderful city.

Pros: Most of the staff are extremly helpful and fulfilled all of our wishes.

Pros: My parents loved the stay. They were very happy with the room size and view. The staff was amazing, even prepared them breakfast before kitchen opened in the morning as they had an early flight. I Definitely recommend this hotel.
