Was hesitant because of bad reviews, but it turned out to be one of the best stays we’ve had.

Pros: I was impressed with the overall experience. After reading several negative reviews, I was a bit anxious, but the stay turned out to be excellent. The staff were helpful, and professional. Room service was available 24/7, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of local options, and I especially appreciated that there were vegetarian and vegan choices available. We also visited the hammam, which was absolutely worth the money and a highlight of our stay.

Cons: The only drawback was that the gym and swimming pool were open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As someone who prefers working out early in the morning, I wasn’t able to use the gym since we were usually out during those hours.

Pros: A nice hotel, fairly clean and close to the Grand Bazaar. What I didn’t like was that the room walls are quite thin—you can hear everything from the hallway. The air conditioning didn’t work very well. There was also a very strong smell of chlorine in the hotel. The people who work at the hotel are extremely kind and helpful, especially Elias! Overall, it was OK.

Pros: Great hotel, very good location for the Old City and sightseeing. Comfortable rooms with jacuzzi, excellent breakfast, spa, and swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the restaurant and room service to reception and concierge. Thanks to reception manager Sercan and Sarah from the guest relations for a great stay! P.S. For those complaining about the rooms, please read the description first 🙂

Pros: We had a hig nice room, good location ( metro, tram in the near, very friendly persona, hamman and spa inside the hotel Many thanks for sarah for help, support anf birthday surprise 😍 always so friendly
