Pros: I'd like to thank the hotel staff, everyone who worked there every day and took care of me. I stayed for a month and felt wonderful. I appreciate not only the location of the places I stayed, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but also the way they treated guests. Thank you! I'll be back.

I would recommend this hotel to stay

Pros: I stayed at Monezza Maltepe Rezidans for 10 days and had a very pleasant experience overall. When I first checked in, there was a slight residual smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and it took a couple of days for it to fully air out. Occasionally, I could faintly notice it through the ventilation system. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly affect my stay, so I am not lowering my rating because of it. The room was cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens were always fresh and clean. Coffee, tea, water, and slippers were provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, including the metro, as well as nearby shops and amenities. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and smiling, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly recommend this residence to others.

Pros: Very friendly staff, quick check in and always ready to help with anything

Cons: Make sure to ask for the room facing the front, otherwise it can be a bit noisy because of the highway

Great budget hotel if you are in the new part of Istanbul.

Pros: We were booked for a medical procedure at Istanbul Oncology Hospital and this hotel was one of the more reasonably priced ones nearby. It's very clean, rooms are of a very decent size and bathrooms are spacious and nice. I don't remember seeing a breakfast option when we checked in, but we had an early start the next day and we wouldn't have been able to stop anyway.

Great hotel

Pros: Great hotel not far from the airport. Room was super clean, with all amenities for short stays. If I ever go somewhere again with a transit through Turkey, I will always stay here. Best option.

Cons: It would be great to have at least some snacks in the room fridge or on the ground floor. In the evening all supermarkets nearby are closed :(

Great value for money.

Pros: Close to the metro M4, 5 minutes walk. The service of the manager and the receptionist was excellent.
