Enjoyed

Pros: Everything at this place make sense, clean room, nice staff and good meal.

Cons: Tv in the room is not connected to internet (youtube), it limit your choice to the channel on the Tv.

Pros: Very lovely hotel with great staff.. The staff who greeted me Okan & Chynara where very lovely people and made me feel so welcome

Pros: After a brief price confusion, which was soon sorted out, the things went very well. Thank you Okan and Cyhnora for great hospitality! Food at the restaurant was tasty.

Overall my stay was great just one problem with my sister which ended up being sorted. I would recommend and stay there

Pros: It was very clean and the staff were great. They had access to use free computers which allowed me to complete some work. They had facilities like gym and the indoor pool free of charges they had a cash machine in the building. They had a spa where you could book massages and offer directions to places wanted to go and was willing to order you a cab while you wait in your room and called you down when the cab arrived. Any problem was sorted straight away.

Cons: They wanted to kick my sister out her room at 12 after we were inform the check out was 1 pm because they had more customers coming to check in but when I went reception and show them the message where they said check out was at 1pm they than said we had to request a late check out which was not made clear to us.

Pros: It has everything you need. Staff on reception go over and above to assist. Restaurant great with attentive staff. Bedroom kept clean every day and items replaced when used.

Pros: We were at top floor, great view and very clean. On the asian side. We had to travel to european side but the hotel was worth it. Really relaxing. My wife and child wouldnt want to leave for sight seeing...

Cons: I wish there was a bit more heating in the room and swimming but those were minor points.
