Excellent location and amazing hotel

Pros: New building with very nice gym, pools, sitting area and computers in the main entrance. Very friendly staff and very safe with security staff at the entrance and metal detector machine. The room was spacious and felt just like home. Cleaner came everyday and really nice. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was so soft and amazing. The room was very spacious and there was a nice dressing table. Room and bathroom very clean and looks newly built. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definetely go back for my next trip. Maltepe station was few metres away wich was a bonus. Lots of places to eat around and lots of coffe shops, supermarket etc.

Cons: I like everything except that I wanted to use the pool but they won't allow unless you wear a bonet which is not my thing really. Except from that it was perfect.

Pros: Very nice interior, compact comfortable apartment with facilities for your own coking. Super comfortable bed,amazing views through the window.We had little issue with loud conditioning system in our room for the first night, but in the morning reception instantly changed room with no problem.Generally all staff very nice and friendly.Definitely will go back next time.

Cons: Maybe could do more with dishes for your own cooking like bowls, utensils,cuting knife.I had to buy my own little knife🙂

Pros: Lovely modern spacious rooms, good facilities in the room (kitchenette and washing machine), lots of coffee shops nearby plus a small Carrefour, metro station right there too.

Cons: Weird to have a kitchen but nothing provided other than mugs and kettle! I asked for crockery - they came with one plate, one bowl, a pan and chopping board but I had to go and borrow a chopping knife, teaspoon, mixing spoon and tea towel from a friend! Maybe other people don’t self cater but as a coeliac I needed those facilities.

Pros: Clean , staff very friendly and helpful. Every area was immaculate Rooms cleaned to high standard every day Felt the most comfortable in this hotel than I have ever felt whilst in Istanbul. So much so I’ve been twice and looking to book again

Cons: The fridge wasn’t the best , but that literally is it lol

Pros: Very nice rooms, very clean, nice restaurant and perfectly located next to a metro station.

Cons: Room was with AC off when we arrived and over 30⁰C, it took a while until it was an acceptable temperature

Pros: Very comfortable room with amazing view. Excellent house keeping + dry cleaning services. Pool areas, gym, sauna and steam room were nicely kept and we enjoyed them. Very versatile breakfast buffet: surely smtg for every diet! Helpful staff were always very accomodating 24h :) Metro entrance was literally outside of the hotel (and there is a direct metro line from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) also, althought we used the taxi). Would definitely stay again :)

Pros: Friendly staff, helpful. I was there for medical reasons and I liked that lots of other guests where also so I didn’t feel alienated

Cons: Hair salon wasn’t operating, would be good to have a fridge freezer rather than just fridge as I needed to go downstairs every hour for ice
