Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia

Perfect stay in an area which is in some distance from the main tourist center, close to the shore.

Pros: Breakfast was superb, including the quality of the staff. Fitness / Wellness was very much appreciated. Distance to public transport (bus, train) is acceptable.

Cons: Some smaller technical features in the room should be repaired.

Pros: The stuff Emri manager of the property is so helpful

I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: I recently stayed at Cevahir Hotel Istanbul Asia and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for both business and leisure stays. A special mention goes to Fatih, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from giving great local recommendations to ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. His friendly and professional attitude really made a difference and made me feel very welcome.

I like the hotel

Pros: Location was good, breakfast was great, rooms were clean.

Cons: Dogs are allowed in the hotel.

Pros: It was a good hotel with good location very clean and nice staff.

Cons: I didn’t want to rate bad here however the wifi and whole IT system it wasn’t working. They haven’t solved it until the last night. We could have some compensation but no one offered us anything.

Nice hotel but a bit pricy and the location can be tricky. The pools are not elderly friendly.

Pros: Nice hotel, Nice view from side to the sea, Nice room, Nice bathroom, Free parking Nice steam room and finish sauna.

Cons: The pool is at the back so it is sunny in the morning and lunch but then shadow of the hotel casts over the pool. It is not sunny late afternoon. Both indoor and outdoor pool needs some TLC, the steps are too large for the elderly and not easy to access for the elderly. The location is far away from some of the attractions and restaurants.

Excellent stay

Pros: Excellent location, very clean room, breakfast was superb and everything was perfect. Many thanks to the staff and especially to the reception (Fati) during our check in and out.

Pros: The property is clean and tidy, close to the sea, lovely views, it has some restaurants and parks close by if anyone is travelling with young kids. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice, with a lovely spa area. It’s the second time I stayed there and would definitely return again.

Cevahir! The best breatkfast in the morning and the most beautiful sunset in the evening!

Pros: We love this hotel. We have stayed there at least 8 times. The location near the parks and the ferry are great but the view is really wonderful. The breakfast is the best of any hotel or resort in Turkey.

Cons: There is some miscalculation between booking.com and this hotel. Booking.com shows that our 10 year old daughter stays free. It states this very clearly on the reservation but when we arrived the person at the counter told us that we should pay more for our daughter. I showed him the reservation and he still tried to have us pay more. After I became irritated he accepted spoke with his manager and accepted our reservation. Somebody between booking.com and Cevahir should fix this issue. Otherwise the rest of the customer service is really great!

Pros: The man worker who made my check in was really polite and careful man. I appreciate that.
