Holiday Inn Istanbul - Tuzla Bay by IHG

Pros: Good hotel, nice breakfast , comfortable rooms and bed.

Cons: Taxi that was contacted by hotel tried to charge me more. Also payment by card was not possible due to 'machine breakdown\

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Nice view to the see. Wide variety for breakfast.

All the staff were fantastic and most attentive..... polite, courteous and discreet.

Pros: The room was perfect, and very quiet despite being close to the lift

Cons: The sink drain from the wash basin in the bathroom was slow to drain and difficult to keep clean

Nice place but a bit noisy

Pros: Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is pretty good. The view from restraunt is pretty good as well.

Cons: However the rooms facing the road are pretty noisy. 4 pillows on the bed are good. But better if there are of different sizes. I ended up sleepin on the rolled towel as all of the pillows were pretty big for my neck

A very pleasant stay and it suited my needs for getting to work.

Pros: Very clean and well organised. The staff are obviously well trained and very polite.

Pros: Apart from the hotel being clean, ammaculate and excellent.....I would like to talk about the staff..... They are amazing and outstanding service. They were so accommodating to my requests, that with a genuine smile and sense of help. At checkout, when I met the Manager and some other staff members, they were smiling. Genuinely, you can sense that they are there to look after you. If your in istanbul, you have to go and stay at least one night here. I Shall Be back........

Pros: I like about everything. Pleasant service, very helpfull and always smiling staff, great atmosphere, excellent services. I am returning customer, staying in Holiday Inn in Tuzla every time I am in Istanbul

Pros: Room are silent and with good view. Excellent cleanliness and quality of materials. All easy to operate.
