Istanbul Marriott Hotel Pendik

Pros: Good spa and wellness facilitied. Good standards of cleanliness. Room was spacious.

Pros: Breakfast was good but try and include rice in your breakfast as it is a general accepted food across all country and culture.

Pros: The only thing that wasn't good was that they didn't accept payments in euros, only in liras, so I spent more time looking for a taxi and currency exchange rates.

Cons: The staff was perfect, especially in the spa area, I hope next time the payments won't be a problem.

Great value for price and very good hotel

Pros: I status at a wonderful, spacious and super comfortable room. The bathroom was super spacious and good. Bed and mattress were great. The spa there is amazing, I enjoyed a jacuzzi and sauna (we only spent a night and a morning). Breakfast was complete and very tasty. And the staff was very polite and good. I had a small issue in my room and they were very quick to solve the situation, thank you guys, loved my night in Istanbul!

Pros: General quality. The room view. Perfect silence and temperature.

Pros: Wonderful beds, as always in Marriott. Good facilities and location.

Cons: Air conditioning centrally controlled. Needs flexibility for customers.

Pros: The building is excellent. Great views, excellent rooms with broad and spacious rooms. Comfy bed with two set of pillows to make sure you find your perfect match

Cons: Quality of the breakfasts bit below expectation

Pros: Hotel is clean throughout. They were very understanding towards us despite being a large group. I'd misplaced my lipgloss and hooded sweatshirt yet they placed it somewhere safe and gave it to me later on. I was pleased it wasn't lost. We stayed as my friend had her wedding here which was a pleasant experience overall.

Cons: I dont have anything negative to say

Exceptional Service Level - best hotel in Pendik

Pros: The property itself is very modern, appealing and clean. All rooms are spacious and elegant. The staff delivers an extraordinary service level. We did have several special request (medication delivery by taxi as well as drinks and food deliveries to our room) which where fulfilled promptly. We can only recommend this hotel, especially when you are looking for a hotel in or near Pendik. I doubt that there is any better one than this!

Cons: Everything was great. Just keep in mind that if you are planning to visit the city center of Istanbul, it takes about an hour car ride.

Stay for business reason in a middle 5-star hotel

Pros: Free upgrade to better rooms, the rooms themselves (equipment, size, window view, bathroom, bed, TV etc.), overall hotel appearance, quality of most of facilities, wide package of free services, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam room, breakfast included, fair price.

Cons: Narrow range of food for breakfast (even compared to lower category hotels), jacuzzi (broken several water pumps, cold water), small fitness center, strange requirements (wear sport shoes in gym, forbidden to appear in dressing gown in breakfast area, broken cooling system (air conditioning), staff is not aware of some basic things - how to confirm the booking on Booking.com, invoices are low quality and easy to copy.
