Pros: Basically all good. It has everything that needed, place is very convinient. Owner is friendly, not bothering and helping with different things.

Cons: There is an issue with hot water boiler, sometimes it breakes. Appliances and furniture are old and shabby, though functioning well. Sometimes there is no water, but it is related to communal services of the neighbourhood and it is being fixed really fast.

Pros: Thank you Hamid and Chiristine for all the help with our luggage. We are very grateful. The location is excellent.

Perfect for one night.

Pros: The location was perfect, the centre was 5 minutes walk away.

Cons: The neighbor smokes cigarettes which you could smell but luckily the owner asked them to stop smoke inside their flat until we leave the accommodation.

Pros: Location is great, just near Maksim metro station, Maksim Tunel (bus station) and airport bus station. Receptionist Christine speaks superb English.

Cons: A little bit noisy at night. It took me some trouble to find the place on the first day of my arrival.

The accommodation is ideal if, like me, you're getting to know the city.

Pros: The accommodation is in a great location, quiet but close to the metro and buses to major airports. Istanbul's historic sights are easily accessible on foot and by public transport.

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like, the apartment was perfect for my purposes, as I was going to see the city, not sit at home.

Nice room with kitchenette right in the centre of Taksim

Pros: Close to the centre of Taksim, room was clean and had all the facilities we have needed. Owner was kind enough to provide us everything we wanted and even gave us an extension lead knowing we might be struggling with all our equipment :) close to many of the shops and markets and communication routes. Overall great stay for a very reasonable price. Enjoyed it.

Pros: The house was quiet. It was clean. Very close to the bus station and amenities. The cellphone shop is right next to the house. Many food places. The caretaker lived down the road and came to help immediately.

Cons: There were not enough plugs, but the owner provided us multiplugs promptly. So it's actually a positive that any issues were resolved swiftly

Great location near Taksim

Pros: Our host was fantastic. 2.minute walk to Taksim square.

Pros: - the mattress was really comfortable - the location is perfect - the staff was very kind and helpful - the air conditioning works very well - no bad smells

Cons: No separate beds just one big double bed

Un bon choix pour une première fois à Istanbul

Pros: L emplacement et le rapport qualité-prix imbattable. L appartement est très fonctionnel. La clim au top!Personnel reactif.

Cons: Peut-être deco un peu vieillot, des rideaux qui ne couvrent pas assez les fenêtres. Mal isolé mais comme je dors avec des écouteurs j'ai rien entendu la.nuit.
