Very nice place
Pros: I rented this apartment in Istanbul, and it was an excellent experience. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, a coffee machine, and even laundry detergent. The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk to Taksim Square. The apartment also features a beautiful terrace, and there are more than three supermarkets nearby, some of which are open 24 hours. The host was incredibly kind and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. He was truly a great person. The area is extremely safe, and I had a very comfortable stay. I will definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Spacious apartment in great location
Pros: Great location - close to public transport connections and a few mins walk to Taksim Square. Very specious apartment with two bathrooms - ideal for families. Nice balcony which catches the morning sun. Very close to shops and places to eat. Our host was excellent - made contact with us before our stay and very quickly responded to all our requests. He was available to contact at all times and offered to arrange transport to the airport.
Cons: The apartment was not initially well equipped for a longer stay with 5 people but our host very quickly provided everything we asked for - cups, towels etc, so overall not a problem. Downstairs shower - water leaks onto the bathroom floor

Pros: У апартаментов очень хорошее расположение, практически у Площади Таксим, недалеко от метро. Рядом есть уличная еда, кафе и магазинчики. Хозяин всегда на связи. Квартира двухуровневая, на втором этаже есть балкончик. 2 санузла, что не может не радовать, стиральная машина. Было бесконтактное заселение, т.к. приехали поздно вечером. После выселения можно оставить багаж, за что отдельное спасибо!
Cons: 1) Апартаменты не были идеально чистыми на 100%. На фото всё-таки ремонт свежее, чем является по факту (стены потерты и замызганны, стиральная машина уже довольно пожилая, на втором этаже было темно (очень темная верхняя люстра, не хватает света). Не очень понравилось постельное белье на втором этаже (материал с синтетикой). 2) В конце апреля в помещении было прохладно, особенно на 1-ом этаже апартаментов. Спали всю ночь с включенным на обогрев кондиционером (но он больше грел второй этаж, т.к. висит на лестнице между этажами). 3) Если кому-то тяжело подняться на высокий этаж (особенно с чемоданами) - это может стать проблемой, т.к. в доме нет лифта. 4) Относится не к апартаментам - старайтесь исключить путешествие по Стамбулу 1 мая (особенно на вылет/прилет). Вы просто не сможете никуда уехать на общественном транспорте (весь центр перекрыт щитами (элементарно не могли пройти мимо площади Таксим к ул.Истикляль, делали огромный крюк через трущобы к Галатопорту), транспорт не ходит, пришлось везде ходить пешком на огромные расстояния, нарушились все планы. Не представляю, как люди добирались из центра с вещами до аэропортов (а такси от 5000 руб. минимум))

Would definitely recommend
Pros: Exactly as in the photos. Great location. Modern and spacious. Easy check in and out process. Host was very respectful and informative. Everything we needed was there. We were really pleased with the value we got for the money we paid.
Cons: As most properties in the area, there are stairs you have to climb since the property is in the 3rd floor but it’s really not that big of a deal. Wifi could have been better at times, this was noticeable especially on the second floor.

Pros: Thanks for this apartment! You have to go down the hill a bit, but it's close to the Taksim metro station. It was clean and very warm! Comfortable beds, everything you need for the kitchen. Large balcony, good view. Contactless check-in via code lock. The owner is responsive and always available via WhatsApp.
