A very pleasant stay

Pros: The hosts were very nice and helpful, and we had a nice stay there, would recommend and would go again

8/10 great apartment but not the best location

Pros: The furniture is nice, especially the mattress (veeeeery comfortable)! The room has a style ☺️ as it's a basement room - you can't hear street noises. There's a small kitchen with an electric stove and all the tableware. There's no smell in the room. Bathroom is renovated and looks clean. The owner is very helpful (solved the problem with the shower head very quickly and gave us an extra blanket). There's a heated floor in the bathroom, it's comfortable. There are two types of pillows for each person (a soft one and a stiff one). You should understand that it's a basement room so no great views heh, but it's fine. Location is convenient - very close to the Taksim square. Transportation is convenient too (metro, busses, trams), very close to Istiklal.

Cons: We've stayed here for 5 nights and... nobody cleaned our room even once 😳 The stuff changed the towels once (when fixing the shower) and... that's it. Maybe it's because we usually were going out of the room around 1 pm (I mean, too late), but still. Nobody were taking out the trash, and trash bins are very tiny. Even though you can't hear the street noises, you can hear people talking or showering in the nearby rooms, even the notifications of someone's phone 😳 a shelf for the towels in the bathroom is broken, I hope it can be changed. These apartments are in the area where there are some poor ppl and pr******tes. It is quite safe here anyway, but you should be ready.

Great hotel

Pros: This is my second visit. Great location away from busy Taksim but it’s still only a few minutes walk. Friendly staff and good value for money. There is a small grocery store next door and a pharmacy opposite.

Pros: The room was really clean and tidy, exactly as it shown and as we needed. The staff were really friendly and supportive at all time. The location is a few minutes walk to taksim Square and street.

Great location and convenient

Pros: Great location and the staff were very always available, friendly and accommodating. Also plenty of small grocery stores and restaurants around.

Cons: There was a smoke smell in my room and it was dusty.

Pros: Location is good, 3 mins walk to Taksim Square. Many eateries nearby. Our room was on the basement, spacious for 2 with our large luggages & golf bags. Reception staffs are very helpful. I highly recommend!

Value for money

Pros: Great services and customer friendly staff. Good location.

Pros: طاقم الاستقبال بدايه من الأخ محمد والجميع ،، والاهتمام بنظافه الفندق والترتيب وتلبيه جميع احتياجات المسافر وقيمة الليله ممتازه جدا والموقع جدآ ممتاز يبعد 3 دقائق عن محطه المترو بميدان تقسيم

Cons: فقط وقت الخروج لازم تكون رياضي علشان الطلعه للشارع العام
