Amazing experience – spotless room, kind staff, and everything you need for a comfortable stay

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. Tea, water, sugar, and coffee were all provided in the room. The cleaning was done to a high standard. Special thanks to the staff for the warm welcome – they were very caring and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again

Pros: There are no words! Exceptional, far beyond my expectations in every way! The incredible staff, especially Sercan,a veryyyyyyy amazing and friendly person,who made us feel at home and Mr. Turgay who offered us services that you don't always find in other places. Clean, located close to transportation and in a slightly commercial area making the walks more fascinating, including you in the real Istanbul. I will definitely come back!

Pros: The staff will make you feel like they are your brothers, very hospitable and friendly and they help you with everything. Room is small and cozy, plus it has multiple windows for good airflow. Bathroom gets hot water instantly, making for perfect showers. Location is excellent, with a nearby metro station, and several bus stops and taxi stands. Room service was well too. Room heating was excellent.

Cons: The street outside gets noisy at times, especially early in the morning. Taxis and ubers struggle to find the hotel, usually ending up canceling the ride. TV's are tiny and old, should've had Netflix or some English channels for the price. Elevator is TINY and extremely slow, better off using the stairs!
