Pros: The location is great. Metro station from Sabiha Gokcen airport is really near to this hotel as well as the tram station (Yenikapi) to the old city center.

Pros: The hotel is clean and perfectly located in the city center, close to all means of transportation. It matches the description and photos. The welcome was more than warm and the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly — I really loved it. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely book here again.

Pros: PRO: ** The reception staff were kind, polite, and always willing to help — even when it was clear some issues weren’t their responsibility. * The location is great: close to public transport (tram, bus, metro), making it easy to get around the city. * There are supermarkets, cafes, and places to eat nearby — convenient and accessible. * The price was fair for the area — a good choice for a low budget. * The bed sheets and furniture were clean, which I appreciated given the overall budget conditions. * The dark curtains helped block out early morning light, which made it easier to sleep even after sunrise (around 5 AM).

Cons: CONTRA: * I stayed in room 202, which was a little small. There was no space for trolleys, not even a table — just a small wardrobe with a few hangers. Fortunately, there was a second bed, otherwise I would’ve had to put my clothes on the floor. * The air conditioning unit is poorly placed: it blows directly onto the bed, so you can’t use it while trying to sleep. * The windows are old wooden frames that don’t close properly, and there’s absolutely no sound insulation. You hear everything from outside — and from inside too. The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from other rooms very clearly. * The fridge made a constant noise and barely cooled anything. I had to unplug it every night to get some sleep. ** WARNING for future guests: room cleaning is not automatic. You have to explicitly request it. I disagree with this — after a long overnight trip, you’re not exactly focused on hotel rules and procedures. * When I arrived, the toilet was dirty, and I had to clean it myself. This is not an exaggeration — basic hygiene should be in place from the beginning, without needing to ask. * The cleaning staff clearly need retraining — more attention should be given to all aspects of the room, especially the bathroom. * Management feels absent. The reception staff do what they can, but the deeper issues come from poor organization and lack of basic service standards.

Cons: Receptionist was new, didn't have change and didn't prepare it by next morning which is a little odd.

Pros: Excellent hotel, room is very clean, staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, almost eight hours before check in,but without any problems we got a room, even bigger than we booked! Thank you for your hospitality and wish you all the best! See you again!
