Our overall stay was very good.
Pros: The room is good and clean, the location of the hotel is excellent and many variety of food for breakfast but I would've loved to have 'simit' and added may be more variety of food for breakfast as well. The service by Ahamad and Aziz was excellent.
Cons: Noisy cistern (toilet), no rubbish bin in the room, no jag of hot water and coffee sachets etc. ( I have been in Istanbul for seven times and all the other hotel had these facilities available, also not even a water bottle in the fridge where the other hotels always provided dinking water in their fridges and the hotel is no smoking zone but we still smell cigarettes occasionally.

Great for short stay
Pros: All was perfect, friendly staff, Great value. Comfy beds. Great breakfast very helpful staff. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool

Fantastic
Pros: The location is perfect. My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s location is excellent – close to key attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Overall excellent stay in this hotel. One advised to management room carpet need to be deep clean.
Pros: The Hotel situated in a good spot. Everything is close by. All staff are friendly and helpful. All credit goes to receptionist CANER. First of all we are given a small double bedroom. It was too tight for two people. I requested Mr CANER to change our room to a family room. Next morning he changed our room to a family room without any extra cost. Breakfast Bar food selection was good. Mr Ahmed in the breakfast Bar was very friendly and helpful.

Good value for money
Pros: -Position: the hotel is around 500 meters from from T1 tram line, where most Istanbul's attractions are located on -The staff is helpful and professional -My room and the common areas were clean -My single room and its bathroom were spacious and had all the stuff I needed -The breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. The quality of the products was good
Cons: The variety of products at breakfast could be improved but, all in all, the hotel has good value for money

Great value for the cost
Pros: Everything was perfect, the room was comfortable, even though we stayed for two days only, our room was cleaned and towels were changed. Friednly staff, they found a parking spot for our car right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel is within a walking distance from the main sights.
Cons: This is nothing major, but there wasn't a normal bedding, a sheet or comforter, instead you sleep with a towel like \
