Pros: Everything was great, comfortable and clean rooms, very high standard of the service, kind and lovely employees, excellent breakfast.

Pros: Staff and service are absolutely dedicated to making guests' stays as pleasant as possible.

Cons: Located on a busy street. Difficult to find a parking spot if you have a rental vehicle.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone because of great service and personnel.Also breakfast was very good.

Pros: My honest comments:We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is very close to major shopping areas and lively streets. Having metro stations within walking distance made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. We were able to reach all the main attractions without any hassle or long travel times. The area felt safe, vibrant, and full of great places to eat and explore. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They kindly allowed us to check in a few hours earlier than the scheduled time, which we truly appreciated. They also accommodated a one-hour late check-out, making our departure much more relaxed. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros: A very nice hotel with fresh, modern rooms and a good breakfast. Check-in was quick and smooth, even though we arrived earlier than expected. While waiting, we were offered tea and dessert, which was a very surprise. I was truly impressed by the staff — everyone was friendly, polite, and very welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and felt new. Special thanks to Talha — he really stood out. He was always smiling, responded quickly, and helped with everything we needed 🫶🏻 Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the entire team for a wonderful stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pros: The hotel enjoys a very convenient location, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. Although the room was on the small side, it was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and sauna were not available during our stay. Overall, it represents good value for money and is a very respectable three-star hotel.
