A truly lovely place.

Pros: After searching for the right hotel for quite some time, I decided to stay at Grand FM Hotel. The location is very central—just a short walk from Marmaray, the metro, and the tram. Many historical and touristic spots are very close by, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The rooms are stunning. They’re designed with real elegance and comfort in mind, combining luxury and style with a great eye for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels were fresh and crisp, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Everyone I met greeted me with a smile and made me feel truly valued. This is a place I would choose again without hesitation, no matter the season. I felt completely at home during my stay. Thank you for everything. If I return to the city, this will absolutely be my first choice. The quality and service fully match the price. It’s a place that earns what you pay for.

Très belle chambre, entièrement rénovée

Pros: Très belle chambre toute neuve et propre, en hiver très bien chauffée. Personnel vraiment gentil toujours prêt à rendre service, ménage journalier, excellent emplacement avec métro et tramway à 5 mn à pied, multiples restaurants et commerces autour de l'hôtel. Rapport qualité prix excellent pour Istanbul. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon prochain passage à Istanbul
