Pros: The hotel staff is the asset for the establishment... Kind and respectful responded quickly to any request.Location is near metro station and lots of shops in walking distance.

Cons: Breakfast could be more flexible with different choices for every day.nothing else

Good value for money, would book again

Pros: Staff is friendly, accommodating and responsive, they spoke good enough English. The breakfast has plenty of options, but based on turkish cuisine - which is delicious, in my opinion. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet. The furniture and amenities are worn out, but functional. The room was very warm, but the air would get very dry, so we had to open the window. The hotel is next to a train station and a 10 min walk to a metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.

Cons: Have some heating devices in the bathroom - because it was very cold compared to the room.

Pros: We had a great stay. The front desk staff was super helpful with advice on where to go and how to travel. They also assisted with booking tours that picked us up at hotel and dropped us of again at night.

AMAZING STAY!

Pros: The property is in a central location with the metro station right opposite. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned everyday and most importantly all the staff are excellent especially the receptionist Ali. Who always went above our expectations. I would definately recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul.

Cons: Felt like some of the breakfast options were the same every morning and would be better if there would have been a variety every other day.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

Pros: I liked that it is close to different stations: bus, tram, underground, but this comes with a lot of noise, too, having the room overlooking the road. On the other hand, if it is in the back of the hotel, the view is not very nice. Although it smelled of smoke when we arrived, the room was clean and the smell disappeared until the second day. The staff is helpful and breakfast was fairly varied, with many salads. Good value for money.

Cons: The matress on the bed was super soft, which gave us some back aches, but nothing serious.😁
