Croatia 🇭🇷

Pros: We saw the reviews of this property only after we booked the accommodation. We were afraid of what would await us. Our fears were really unfounded. The room was clean, the bedding and towels too. Although some reviews said there was no hot water, that was not the case. The receptionist who greeted us was very kind and always met our requests.

Cons: There is mold on the silicone in the bathroom, which makes it look unclean. You have to ask for clean sheets and toilet paper at the reception.

Pros: It's very near to blue mosque Young staff are going extra miles to.help and achieve 10+. They are helpful.

Cons: Upon request my bed sheet was not changed and no kettle facility in my room as it was under maintenance. 2nd day staff told me I can have tea downstairs which was solved my problem.

Pros: Staff going extra miles to help but & location is perfect...go left when you are out of hotel...don't go right you will be lost.

Cons: Because we arrived late, we asked for new bedsheets they couldn't, and it's affected somehow my daughter's skin reaction.. this is the first time we forgot to Kerry our own. Anyway, after taking medication she was completely recovered. And they helped me to changed everything next morning. Which I really appreciate. But one day we couldn't explore much because of her illness. Rest is perfect.

Very plesent stay.

Pros: The main attrection like aya sophia, blue mosque and grand bazar were very close to the location. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and spoke proper english. We needed a hotel for extra day, they managed all the work themself. Which was very helpful. Overall very excellent.
