Pros: Everything was great! Hotel is located very close to tourist attractions but in a quiet and nice area. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Warm welcomed when arrived. Rooms are small but very cozy. Everything is brand new, clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the stay.

Pros: This hotel is brand new right in the middle of Sultanahmet but nestled in a quiet corner. We stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed for longer! We were greeted by a lovely trolley full of complimentary local sweets and snacks and drinks upon arrival. Very comfortable rooms (we had three), lovely cosy lobby with beautiful carpets and elegant decoration. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that but the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. On the evening after we checked out, our plans changed and we needed a large taxi for 6 people urgently to cross to the Asian side, which is very difficult to arrange in a short time in Istanbul on a Friday evening! The receptionists contacted three taxi companies and made it happen despite cancellations. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing property, location and staff
Pros: Brand new and fitted very tastefully to a very high standard. Excellent staff who were incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with.
Cons: Would love to have a bigger table area in the front for drinks etc.

Pros: Les personnelles(réception, concierge, y compris la ferme de ménage) sont tous très chaleureuses et accueillants. Ils nous fournissaient des services exceptionnels. Ils sont vraiment professionnels. Sincèrement nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist total bequem. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei Ankunft wird man mit Tee und Gebäck gegrüßt und sogar bei Abreise wird einem eine Reisetasche mit Wasser und Snacks mit auf dem Heimweg geben. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

В целом я довольна
Pros: Хороший сорвись, отзывчивый персонал, чисто, красиво. Шикарная локация, вкусная вода в бутылочках, в целом мне очень понравился отель. Выражаю благодарность уборщице кажется Гулем ее зовут точно не помню, хорошо убралась и всем ребятам в ресепшне, они были очень отзывчивыми и помогали нам с чемоданами.
Cons: Очень маленькие комнаты, нет стаканов в анной для зубной щётки, нет сушилку для вещей в санузле, некуда вешать вещи сушить. Меню в ресторане не понравилось, так как мы ожидали более турецкую национальную еду поесть,но там была авторская кухня как я поняла ближе к европейской. Рекомендация на будущие. Туристы предпочитают есть больше национальную традиционную еду, поэтому нам пришлось икать такую еду на улице в других ресторанах, где ее готовят.

HOTEL DE LUJO CON SERVICIO IMPECABLE
Pros: Increíble !! Viajamos desde España 🇪🇸 Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero se te olvida todo al ver que el personal solo quiere ayudarte. Todo nuevo, todo impecable, la cama más cómoda jamás en la que he dormido, desayuno de 10 a nivel de cadenas como Ritz, Four Seasons, Palace … sábanas , toallas de 10, pero lo mejor de lo mejor es el servicio de sus trabajadores , están disponibles todo el tiempo para hacerte una estancia de 10. Un hotel que debería ser un 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 supongo que por temas de impuestos es un 4 estrellas pero debería ser un 5. Todo genial !! Eso si ha que decir : las habitaciones algo pequeñas la cama vuelvo a repetir de 10
Cons: Todo me gustó, te ofrecen zumos naturales (extraño de ver en todos los hoteles) dulces, gallegas …
