Our stay was wonderful. The staff were kind, attentive, and very well organized, making everything easy and stress-free.

Pros: Our stay at Lady Diana Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Istanbul. Everything went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. From the beginning, all arrangements were handled perfectly, including taxi coordination and our early check-in request. Communication was excellent in all areas. Especially for tours, the spa, and general hotel needs, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful view, and the hotel’s location was perfect. On our last day, we had very early flights and couldn’t make it to breakfast, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Cafer for his amazing communication and support during our stay, though all the staff were wonderful. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Perfect location for a quick visit

Pros: Amazing view, walking distance to major attractions, great breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

Pros: Absolutely love the location which is near the Sultanahmet station and walking to the hotel is mostly flat roads which made it easier. Staffs were great and was always welcoming - even assisting with bookings of trips. Enjoyed the breakfast spread too!

Pros: I think my favourite part was the breakfast room: the view from here is incredible. Great outlook on main attractions and beautiful bosphorus. Breakfast itself was also very nice: a nice selection of fresh ingredients. You can easily make your own plate of Turkish breakfast. Furthermore, the location is fantastic: 3 minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I regret not making use of the wellness services.

Cons: The room is very tight: room is clean, comfortable bathroom but the space around the bed is very little, making it difficult to move around. I think for solo patrons this won’t be much of an issue, but 2+ people, it quickly becomes tricky to place luggage and move around

Pros: I would like to thank the wonderful team at this hotel in Istanbul. You were incredibly caring throughout the stay - from arranging the transfer to helping with every small request. One of the guests had an injured foot, and the staff brought ice several times and checked on him with such warmth. Your kindness and attention made a huge difference. This is truly our favorite hotel in Istanbul. Thank you for everything.

Amazing and nice!

Pros: - The location was amazing, close to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque and Bazaar. - Good breakfast - the view from the restaurant was incredible - employees were helpful and professional

Cons: - It was a bit warm in the rooms and the airconditioning was not working well.
