It was amazing

Pros: Wonderful stay with exceptional staff! I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. What impressed me the most was the staff – they were extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcome from the very first moment and were genuinely attentive throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference and turned my stay into a great experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with outstanding service.

Pros: The staff is so helpfull and the location is perfect. We always stay there and they never disappoint . Highly recommended

Great neighbourhood, lots to do nearby within walking distance. Lovely welcome, friendly cleaners every day that we exch

Pros: The location was unbelievable close to the blue mosque, hag Sofia, and minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar shopping area.

Cons: Everything was great, we didn’t eat breakfast or meals at the hotel so can’t comment

Pros: We ran into a problem with our flight. Mina hotel took our last minute booking with 5 hours notice. They were so kind and courteous and so helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean and truly a dream to stay in. The view of the Bosphorus strait was a bonus and walking distance to trams and airport Haviest shuttle. Highly recommended.

Giant spa ans sea views

Pros: I had a beautiful suite with a large spa bath with windows that open up for sea views. Amazing and unique room The bellboy and concierge were so wonderful making sure I was looked after. I was recovering from rhinoplasty and the lovely man from reception brought me up ice for my nose and fresh squeezed orange juice Above and beyond! I really appreciated his kindness.

Cons: The leather furniture was a bit old and in need of repair and some firmer pillows would have been nice and a small side table. Still a wonderful room , a great place for recovery

Wonderful staff, a big comfortable room and a great location.

Pros: The staff were the stand out for me. They went above and beyond what was expected. They made phone calls to help sort out my transport and walked with me to a particular restaurant I had chosen. The room was also big compared to others I had stayed in Istanbul.

Cons: No restaurant or cafe onsite

Great value for money

Pros: Great value, clean hotel and excellent location. The roof terrace was lovely for taking pictures with views of the Blue Mosque, better than Seven Hills Restaurant. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet Tram station connecting to all parts of Istanbul

Family feel rooms very clean and great staff

Pros: perfect location close to main areas but no noise ,Staff were very friendly and gave lots of information on local attractions also across the road is an amazing cistern no queue not on the tourist radar but incredible we went early and we where the only people in there. Great cafes and baklava shops lots cheaper than main street. Second visit to hotel will be back again
